This position combines security responsibilities with high-level concierge service, making it ideal for someone who is alert, personable, and experienced in working in residential or commercial properties.The ideal candidate will have a **valid New Jersey SORA guard license** and prior **experience** in a **luxury OR corporate environment**.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk or lobby* Monitor building access and verify visitors, vendors, and deliveries* Maintain detailed visitor and incident logs* Conduct routine patrols of the property as required* Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or resident concerns* Coordinate with property management and emergency services when necessary* Accept and manage packages and deliveries* Enforce building rules, policies, and safety procedures**Required Qualifications*** **Valid New Jersey SORA Security Guard License (REQUIRED)*** **Prior CLASS A BUILDING OR MILITARY EXPIRIENCE (REQUIRED)*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Professional appearance and demeanor* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods* Basic computer skills for logging and reporting* Reliable transportation and punctuality**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in residential high-rise or luxury property settings* CPR/First Aid certification* Bilingual is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
