License & Certifications: Active Indiana RN license required. Required certifications (AHA only): BLS and ACLS . Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: Mixed acuity unit combining Medical ICU (24 beds) and Progressive Care / PCU (12 beds). Main patient load is progressive (1:3 ratio), with fewer true ICU patients (1:2 ratio). Required Skills: Care for ventilated patients, initiating and titrating IV drips (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), assisting with intubations and line placements. Charting via Epic . Floating & Ratios: Floats to all ICUs, PCU, and Med-Surg units maintaining a max 1:3 ratio across the board.
