Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in both new construction and existing buildings while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Our installers take pride in doing the job right, working safely, and representing the company professionally on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new construction residential and commercial projects
• Complete heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings
• Ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency and performance
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, time, and work completed
• Work independently while maintaining company quality standards
• Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 required
