Position Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Fayetteville, NC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects in the Fayetteville, NC area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and safety compliance.
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
Facilitate job site meetings with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions efficiently.
Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.


Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or related field leadership role.
Experience managing commercial, industrial, municipal, or residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification.
Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar software.
NCCER certifications or related construction credentials.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
