Site Supervisor

Position summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations at project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with Project Managers, Engineers, and the customer’s on‑site representative(s). Job Responsibilities Run day‑to‑day operations at the customer installation site Coordinate with the project manager on job budgets, schedules, progress reports, and cost reports. Maintain documentation that reflects accurate progress. Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to enable safe, effective work and integrate it with project schedules and progress. Regularly communicate with the customer, preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules. Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules. Job Requirements A proactive and assertive mindset; the desire and ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues. Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills. Deadline driven and detail oriented. Strong communication skills. Team‑oriented and collaborative. Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors. Experience with OSHA compliance regulations and maintaining construction site safety. Spanish bilingual a plus. Extensive travel within the US/CA is required.
