Job Title: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Location: Santa Fe, NM

Pay: $85 per hour

Shifts: Days, 7AM - 7PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health for a contract assignment in Santa Fe, NM. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Obtain and record initial assessment and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and needs
Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and interventions
Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care
Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and patient outcomes
Participate in health education and discharge planning
Implement and document timely interventions
Evaluate the plan of care
Perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required
CPI certification or equivalent required (Blue Card preferred)
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the Behavioral Health patient population
