Top Hourly + travel expenses


FQHC Setting


Credentialing: 2-3 weeks


Start Date: June 3, 2025

End Date: 3 month contract minimum, open to 6 month contracts + extensions


Schedule: M-F 8-5; 4 10/hr shifts not offered at this site.


Patients Per Day: 18-20 avg


Cases: Must see all ages. Primary Care, Women's Health, Wellness checks, Cold, Cough, Flu, Chronic Care

EMR: EPIC


License: CA


Certifications: ACLS or BLS, Board Certification, DEA
