Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background to lead customer-focused, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and the ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through successful delivery. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders is essential. Apple experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, document, analyze, and manage business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear project documentation and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track and prioritize business requirements in alignment with business roadmaps.
• Create project plans, estimates, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies through meetings, trackers, and status reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive customer-focused project outcomes while ensuring quality delivery.
• Utilize project management tools for planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project management and operational efficiency.
• Support Agile project execution and continuous process improvement.
