Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have Guide guests through the Lexus lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting the brand's reliability, technology, and refinement to what matters most to each buyer Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores Stay current on Lexus product updates, technology features, and the hybrid and EV lineup Represent Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ years of experience in automotive sales required. Internet sales or BDC experience a strong plus Must live within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA -- required Luxury or import brand experience preferred -- Lexus, Toyota, or similar backgrounds a strong advantage Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and you earn trust before you ask for the sale Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career over time Clear, honest communicator -- Lexus guests are informed and they appreciate a consultant who is straightforward and prepared Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Lexus standard and you hold yourself to it
