The Director, Operations is responsible for directing the warehouse, distribution, inventory management and related operations for assigned facilities, and is responsible for a safe, profitable operation. Your role on the team: Manages Operations Senior Managers, Managers and/or Account Managers within assigned facilities and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned accounts/campuses. Initiates process improvement teams Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area Develops plans for efficient use of materials, equipment and employee resources Other duties as required and assigned What you need: (requirements) Experience Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university Master’s degree preferred Minimum 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Knowledge of logistics solutions/supply chain management PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel What you gain from joining our team: Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through First Stop Health is available on the first day of employment!
