Customer Support Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with potential customers who are interested in installing EV chargers. The role requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the installation or operation of EV chargers Provide excellent customer service throughout the support process Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to technical support as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support Experience with customer support or help desk support Attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately #J-18808-Ljbffr
