Customer Care Representative

Location: Client Hearing Centres – Multiple Locations Across the USA Experience: No Hearing Industry Experience Required We are looking for friendly, customer-focused, and people-oriented Customer Care Representatives to join our team at Client Hearing Centres across the United States. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members interested in hearing health. You’ll provide information, answer general questions, create a welcoming customer experience, and help schedule appointments with hearing specialists. No previous hearing industry experience is required — we’ll train you! What You’ll Do Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner Educate members about hearing health and available services Identify members who may benefit from speaking with a hearing specialist Schedule appointments with hearing specialists Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive member experience Maintain an organized and professional work environment Collaborate with the hearing centre team What We’re Looking For You could be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking with and helping people Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Are dependable, organized, and professional Have experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Call Center, or other customer-facing roles Are comfortable speaking with customers and explaining information Are motivated to learn and grow Paid training is provided.
