Hiring Electrical Assemblers - Centennial, CO

Join a growing manufacturing team as an electrical assembler, where you'll build custom, high-value machinery from the ground up. Every build is unique, giving you hands-on experience with electrical systems, panel wiring, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Pay: $24.78/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Description

• Assemble electrical systems, control panels, and machine components
• Wire panels and machines using blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform conduit bending, crimping, and custom wire harness assembly
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve wiring problems
• Test systems using multimeters, voltmeters, and related diagnostic tools
• Route, label, and organize wiring for safety, efficiency, and serviceability
• Support machine setup, adjustments, and final testing
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout standards

Skills/Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience (electrical experience preferred)
• Hands-on electrical wiring skills (panel wiring, terminations, harnessing)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (wire strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.78 - $24.78/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
