Job Title Production Team Member Location Toledo, OH Pay Machine Operator: Pay is based on production incentive; hourly rate generally averages $24 to $30/hour in the first year. Upon completion of training, you will be eligible to secure your permanent bid job by seniority. Common job responsibilities include: Operate automated and semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries Make minor adjustments, diagnose equipment issues, and perform operator-level preventive maintenance Conduct visual inspections and required quality checks Keep accurate records of production and defects Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Comfortable working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist for extended periods Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills Must be able to wear required PPE About the Plant The Toledo, Ohio facility has been in operation since 1981 and is the largest Clarios manufacturing plant, employing more than 700 team members.
