Engineering Cooperative Education Student (Fall 2026)

Engineering Co-Op Student Hengstler Dynapar, a Ralliant company and part of Specialty Product Technologies (SPT), is seeking a motivated Engineering Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for current students to gain hands-on engineering and business experience while actively contributing to projects that directly support the success of our business. As a Co-op student, you will be treated as an engineer, working alongside experienced professionals to solve real-world challenges while continuing your academic studies. Key Responsibilities Depending on business needs and your area of study, you may: Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence. Assist with new product development, product design, testing, and validation activities. Participate in continuous improvement and product sustainment projects. Analyze manufacturing, operational, and engineering data to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions. Contribute to projects that improve product quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and business leaders Education & Experience Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2027 or later with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Pursuing a degree in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronics Robotics Supply Chain Management Or a related technical discipline Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
