In this role, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship from active, producing agents along with training focused on communication, lead conversion, and client service. You’ll work with proven systems designed to help you stay organized and consistent while building your pipeline and managing client relationships.

Your day-to-day activities will include generating and following up with leads, attending regular training and coaching sessions, setting appointments with buyers and sellers, nurturing relationships through phone and email communication, updating client information in the CRM, and tracking progress toward personal and team goals.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn, ensuring accurate and efficient client record-keeping.
