We’re hiring two bilingual Patient Coordinators: one for our morning shift and one for our afternoon shift.

Are you confident on the phone, great with people, and organized with follow-ups? You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients. You’ll help them understand our services, see the value of their care, and take the next step toward scheduling an appointment.

We provide training. You bring strong communication skills, reliability, a bit of sales confidence, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.

Available Schedules

We have openings for a morning shift and an afternoon shift. The shifts overlap briefly so the team can coordinate and hand off follow-ups. Please tell us which shift you’re applying for.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and Spanish.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and contact new leads within five minutes during your shift.
• Make and take 100 calls per day, inbound and outbound combined, including new leads and follow-ups.
• Speak with prospective patients to understand their needs, explain services and promotions, answer questions, and help them book an appointment.
• Build trust, address concerns or hesitations, and confidently guide callers toward scheduling.
• Follow up consistently with leads who haven’t scheduled, patients who missed appointments, and people who asked for more information.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity.
• Make sure every lead has a clear next step and follow-up date.
• Work toward goals for call activity, response time, appointments booked, and appointment attendance.
• Participate in training, call reviews, and coaching, and apply feedback consistently.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent phone communication and listening skills.
• A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
• Comfort with light sales conversations and asking for the appointment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multiple follow-ups.
• Reliability, accountability, and the ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn, follow established processes, and improve through coaching.
• Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and lead-tracking systems.
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service is a plus. Dental experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
