We are currently seeking a Client Service Liaison . This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversight of SNF Medicaid pending process from inception to vendor approval.
Audit facility efforts as well as provide ongoing education and assistance to facilities.
Responsible to track and oversee DA124 submissions, corrections, and approvals.
Managed care authorizations to request skilled authorization as needed and submitting follow up documentation to insurance
Requirements:
Must have experience with Kansas Medicaid
Experience in a Business office is ideal
Working knowledge of managed care authorizations
