Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing support to our caregivers. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments. Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Handling caregiver-related questions and concerns. Managing payroll-related inquiries Assisting with general office tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or CDS company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
