ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2017. We currently have four full-time team members and are excited to welcome a fifth. We believe in creating a positive and balanced workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.

We offer two office outings each year (summer and holiday), 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO/sick time with some rollover options. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Garcia - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
