Contact existing and old clients to offer pricing plans for insurance products. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
