We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, families, or groups.

Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients to address various mental health concerns
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as grief counseling, clinical counseling, and group therapy
- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their goals
- Provide crisis management interventions when necessary
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Offer telehealth services to clients as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in therapy and counseling
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for documentation purposes
- Ability to provide grief counseling and crisis management support
- Experience in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions

Pay: $27.76 - $33.44 per hour
