Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution training is a plus. Valid TWIC card required prior to assignment. Experience Requirements Previous receiving, warehouse, distribution, shipping, or inventory control experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Forklift and electric pallet jack operating experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify inventory and shipping documentation. Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts. Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety and productivity. Job Duties Receive and verify inbound shipments using bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documentation. Utilize RF scanning equipment to record inventory transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records. Inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, accuracy, and potential damage. Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Label, stage, and transport inventory to designated storage locations. Update inventory information within warehouse management systems. Maintain organized receiving areas and ensure proper product flow throughout the warehouse. Follow established safety, security, and quality procedures. Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to appropriate personnel. Support overall warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory management. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
