About Element Security & Automation

Element Security & Automation is a growing local security and smart-home company building our sales team from the ground up. We provide residential customers with security, camera, monitoring, and smart-home solutions designed around their needs.

Because we are in the early stages of growing our company, we are looking for motivated people who want the opportunity to grow with us rather than simply join an already-established sales team.

What You’ll Do

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll work assigned neighborhoods and residential areas to introduce homeowners to Element Security & Automation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Door-to-door prospecting in assigned territories
• Speaking with homeowners about their security and smart-home needs
• Explaining Element’s products, services, and monitoring options
• Generating new residential customers
• Following up with interested prospects
• Accurately entering customer and sales information into our sales system
• Representing Element professionally in the community

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position.

Your income will be based on the customers you successfully bring to the company. This position may be a good fit for someone who prefers performance-based earning potential rather than a traditional hourly position.

Compensation structure and commission details will be discussed during the interview process.

Previous door-to-door or security sales experience is a plus, but it is not required.
