Overview:

\n

A residential turf business is looking for a driven, sales-minded Turf Pro to join a growing operation in one of Florida's fastest-growing markets. You will be out in the field following up on inbound leads, building relationships with homeowners, and closing projects in a territory with real momentum behind it. The right person brings strong sales instincts, earns trust quickly, and is motivated by what they put in.

What You'll Do:

\n
• Drive new business through referral partnerships, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound prospecting
\n
• Conduct on-site consultations, assess property needs, prepare estimates, and close residential turf projects
\n
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
\n
• Communicate project details to installation crews and stay involved through completion
\n
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
\n
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities as the territory grows
\n
• Support proposal creation, scheduling, and CRM updates
\n

Who we're looking for:

• Proven background in outside sales, home services, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.
\n
• Comfortable in the field; site visits, in-home consultations, and face-to-face selling are a big part of the day
\n
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with homeowners
\n
• Organized and dependable with excellent follow-through habits
\n
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently and generate their own pipeline
\n
• Someone who wants to grow with the business over time

You’ll manage your schedule and territory with a high degree of autonomy, and spend your time balancing fieldwork with relationship-building. The role offers a base salary and commission upside tied directly to performance, and room to grow as the business continues to expand.

Compensation: $40K base + uncapped commission, with expected total earnings of $100K–$150K+. For the first 90 days, the sales rep will receive a recoverable draw that brings monthly compensation to roughly $6,500 while starting out. Commission rates range from 4%–7% based on gross margin.
