Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Operations Technician to support daily warehouse and light production activities and welding and grinding experience. This position involves basic parts assembly, material preparation, equipment operation, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety focused, and comfortable working with tools and warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic warehouse and assembly using hand tools and power tools - grinders, drills
- Grind, clean, and prepare parts for production
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load, unload, and stage materials and finished goods
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
- Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures
- Support general warehouse and shop operations as needed
- Welding skills
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with power tools, grinders, and hand tools a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable with strong attention to safety and detail
