At RWJBarnabas Health, our Endoscopy Registered Nurses help create a safe, coordinated, and supportive experience for patients receiving procedural care. As a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy Room at RWJUH Rahway Hospital, you'll combine clinical assessment, thoughtful decision-making, and compassionate communication to provide individualized nursing care centered on each patient's unique needs. Working alongside nurses, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team, you'll promote safety, quality, and continuity while contributing to an environment where patients and families feel informed, respected, and supported throughout their experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), completion of clinical experience through an NLN-accredited school of nursing, and national nursing certification are preferred. Additional clinical experience may be required based on the specific needs of the Endoscopy department. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and patient safety skills, along with a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and continued professional development.
