We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant team in Savannah, GA . The General Manager Will:
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
- Drive sales, profitability, guest loyalty, and overall restaurant performance.
- Manage labor, inventory, food costs, scheduling, and other controllable expenses.
- Create an engaging culture that motivates the team and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has previous General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant environment. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands restaurant financials, develops people, and consistently delivers results.
