General Manager – Savannah, GA

Are you a hospitality leader who loves developing people, delivering great guest experiences, and running a high-energy operation? What You'll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Drive sales while controlling food, labor, and operating costs

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met

  • Create a positive, energetic culture focused on accountability and teamwork

What We're Looking For

  • Current restaurant management experience is required

  • Strong preference for Fast Casual General Managers or Full Service Restaurant Managers

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain teams

  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and P&L performance

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service

Important Note

This position is not a fit for candidates whose experience has been exclusively in traditional fast food management. We are also seeking candidates who are currently active in restaurant operations, as recent industry experience is essential due to the pace of operational changes over the past several years.
