Primary Care Physician This role allows you to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing value-based, patient-centered care supported by an integrated care model. Required Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
