What You’ll Be Doing Lead a team of high-performing Control Systems professionals, providing clear direction while maintaining engagement and accountability. Provide leadership and technical oversight across critical Control Systems activities supporting site performance. What You’ll Bring Proven people management or supervisory experience within Control Systems, automation or a closely related engineering discipline. Demonstrable success leading and developing technical professionals , rather than technical leadership alone. Strong Control Systems expertise and the credibility to lead experienced, high-achieving engineers. Evidence of building engagement, developing careers and getting the best from capable technical teams.
