Lerner Tower 4 is a 30 bed adult inpatient care unit that
\n primarily provides care for neurology and neurosurgical
\n patients. Within the unit there is also a neuro
\n intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level
\n neuro patients can be cared for. The diversity of the neuro
\n patient population makes Tower 4 a great home for a
\n nurse at any experience level. Tower 4 is Joint Commission
\n accredited for Stroke care.

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Dimensions are:

Education Requirements

• Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
\n

License & Certification Requirements

\n

\n
• An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance. 
\n
• Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
\n
• Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
