Regional Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Union (Rome, NY) Location: 4957 Commercial Drive, Yorkville, NY 13495 Starting Pay: $19.84/hour to $24.80/hour (actual pay depends on experience). Overtime eligible and incentive eligible. AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Regional Member Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. What You’ll Do Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactions Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships Meet or exceed performance and service goals Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements Actively participate in community engagement initiatives Cover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region; may be required to assist another region if needed.
