I'm working confidentially with one of Texas' leading Heavy Civil contractors as they continue to expand their Transportation division across the San Antonio market.

The business has multiple years of secured backlog locally , a strong pipeline of upcoming TXDOT work, and is looking to invest in experienced field leadership as part of its long-term growth strategy.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of mid-to-large scale TXDOT Highway projects , leading field operations from start through completion while working alongside an established operations team that genuinely trusts and empowers its Superintendents to run work.
