Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Registered Nurse, your daily tasks may include:

• Performing thorough patient assessments and identifying subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene promptly and advocate for your patients.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this RN position, you must possess:

• An active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or a Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
• A current American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS certification, which must be obtained within six months of hire.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is highly preferred, along with prior patient care experience and familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EMR) such as EPIC.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Behavioral Health.

This position is part-time, with night shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including every other weekend and rotating holidays. The weekday schedule may vary based on departmental needs, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
