SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology. Position Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager ( Partnerships) to drive strategic growth through ecosystem partnerships across crypto, DeFi, token projects, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and related verticals. This role is focused on identifying high-potential partners, structuring win-win collaborations, and delivering measurable impact in terms of MAU growth, B2C and B2B deals, and efficient customer acquisition through partnerships. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in crypto partnerships, a strong industry network, and the ability to independently lead the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to post-launch analysis. Key Responsibilities Identify and source relevant projects across ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and other crypto verticals. Work with both cold and warm introductions, including leveraging and segmenting the existing internal partner database. Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities. Develop tailored value propositions for each partner, from co-marketing collaborations to commercial B2C and B2B deals. Prepare partner-facing materials, including partner decks and customized proposals for key segments. Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live. Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and CAC through partnerships. Conduct post-analysis to evaluate what worked, what did not, and how to scale successful models. Strong existing network across ecosystems, token projects, DeFi, gaming, or Web3. Experience structuring co-marketing and commercial partnership deals. Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance strategic and commercial interests. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
