We are looking to add a Pool Bartender to our team. 

T he Outdoor Pool Bartender is responsible for creating a vibrant, upscale poolside experience for guests at a premier oceanfront resort. This role combines exceptional mixology skills with engaging, guest-focused service in a relaxed yet refined outdoor setting. The bartender prepares and serves a variety of cocktails, beverages, and light fare while ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and memorable atmosphere that enhances the resort’s luxury coastal experience.

Operating in a high-energy, open-air environment, the Pool Bartender must maintain efficiency during peak service hours, uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards, and demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and resort offerings. They engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipate needs, and provide personalized recommendations to elevate the guest experience.

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, all while delivering service that reflects the resort’s high standards of hospitality and relaxation.  This position pays $10.98 per hour + Tips.

Essential Functions:

• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Complete orders for beverages and supplies
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Wash bar glasses/dishes
• Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
• Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
• Responds to questions and special requests
• Provides information and directions
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Hospitality or related industry experience
• Previous Hi-Volume Bartending Experience

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for 8-10 hour shifts
• Working Outside in the heat
• Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25lbs
