This role serves as a force multiplier for executive leadership, ensuring critical projects are delivered on time, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and operational priorities are executed consistently across the company.The Operations Program Manager will work directly with executive leadership and partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Development. This individual will be responsible for driving accountability, managing complex projects, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring organizational priorities are translated into measurable results.This role is ideal for an exceptionally organized, analytical, and execution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Serving the greater Silicon Valley and Peninsula region, including Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Campbell, Menlo Park, Redwood City, and San Mateo.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiative ManagementLead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.Ensure critical initiatives remain on schedule and obstacles are identified and resolved quickly.Maintain visibility into all major organizational priorities and proactively escalate risks.Executive OperationsSupport executive leadership in driving organizational priorities and special projects.Prepare materials, reporting, presentations, and analyses for leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.Manage action item tracking and ensure commitments are completed on schedule.Weekly Business Review (WBR) ManagementPrepare and distribute Weekly Business Review reporting.Consolidate operational performance metrics across stores, districts, and regions.Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks requiring leadership attention.Coordinate follow-up actions resulting from WBR discussions.Operational Performance & AccountabilityMonitor key operational metrics across the organization.Identify underperformance and partner with leaders to develop corrective action plans.Track progress against goals and ensure follow-through on commitments.Assist in developing scalable systems and processes as the company grows.Corporate Development & Growth InitiativesSupport acquisition, diligence, integration, and store launch activities as needed.Coordinate cross-functional efforts related to new store openings, conversions, and operational transitions.Track project milestones and ensure readiness across all involved departments.Process ImprovementDocument, improve, and standardize operational processes.Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.Build systems that improve communication, accountability, and execution across the organization.QualificationsRequired3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.PreferredExperience in multi-unit operations, retail, automotive, hospitality, franchising, or other distributed service businesses.Experience supporting executive leadership teams.Financial analysis, forecasting, or business planning experience.M&A, integration, or corporate development exposure.Experience building operational reporting and KPI dashboards.Characteristics of SuccessThe ideal candidate:Is relentlessly organized.Creates clarity in ambiguous situations.Holds people accountable while maintaining strong relationships.Follows through on commitments and expects the same from others.Anticipates problems before they occur.Communicates clearly and concisely.Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Focuses on outcomes rather than activity.Operates with urgency and professionalism.CompensationBase Salary$90,000 - $120,000 annuallyAnnual Performance BonusTarget bonus opportunity of 20% of base salary, based on company performance, strategic initiative completion, and individual performance.Additional Incentive OpportunitiesEligible for project-based incentive programs, including acquisition, integration, store launch, and other strategic growth initiatives as assigned.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysProfessional Development OpportunitiesExecutive Mentorship and Leadership DevelopmentReady to elevate your career?
