LT Foods Americas (LTFA) is part of LT Foods International, an emerging global food company, with Net Sales in excess of $1 billion globally, operating across a range of categories, including specialty rice, organic foods, and convenience rice-based products. The Company is engaged in milling, processing, and marketing of branded and non-branded basmati and jasmine rice, and manufacturing of rice food products in India & international market. LT Foods has a global presence, including India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, and the US. Its operations include contract farming, procurement, storage, processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing. Its rice product portfolio comprises brown, white, steamed, parboiled, organic, quick cooking brown rice, and ready-to-heat rice. The Company's brands include DAAWAT®, ROYAL®; GOLDEN STAR®; 817 ELEPHANT®, INDUS VALLEY®, ECOLIFE® & GRAPEOLA®.

The Supply Planning Manager will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end supply chain planning for LT Foods Americas. Reporting directly to the Director of Supply Planning, this individual will be responsible for driving supply planning, inventory optimization, vendor coordination, and logistics execution across the Americas business. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with deep CPG supply chain experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply & Demand Planning

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, promotional calendars, and inventory targets
• Bridge the gap between long-term strategic goals and short-term planning and execution
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve service levels
• Manage S&OP inputs and participate in monthly S&OP cycles
• Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure supply plans support commercial objectives

Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the distribution network to support customer fill rates
• Review safety stock policies, reorder points, and replenishment parameters on a regular cadence

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate to maintain key supply chain KPI dashboards including OTIF, fill rate & inventory turns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
• Support ERP/system enhancements and data integrity initiatives as needed
• Conduct root-cause analysis on KPI variances and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.
• Monitor and communicate supply chain performance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 5–8 years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within the CPG, food & beverage, or other consumer goods industry
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent); advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems (O9, Blue yonder, Kinaxis, etc)
• Experience managing supply chain planning in heavy global trade and logistics environment, including import logistics and customs clearance and compliance processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, MBA, or related field
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
• Background in the rice, specialty foods, or ethnic foods product category
• Experience working in a multicultural and global supply chain environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is an on-site role based at LT Foods Americas headquarters in Cypress, CA. Standard business hours apply with occasional flexibility required to support international supplier time zones. Some domestic travel may be required for warehouse visits, trade events, or partner meetings.
