Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Carson City, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will also supervise the maintenance staff. Are you committed to quality work and motivated to continually improve your skills? If so, we encourage you to read on! This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $27 per hour, depending on the size of the property. A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:
- Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
- Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
- Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
- HVAC and EPA certification
- Ability to be available for "on-call" emergencies 24/7
- Valid driver's license
