Home Care Sales Account Executive
Join our expanding home care team as a Sales Account Executive, where you'll stimulate growth, foster connections, and have a positive impact on patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Create and sustain solid referral partnerships with medical facilities, doctors, elder communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Market our home health specialized services through face-to-face sales visits, presentations, and community functions.
- Achieve and surpass monthly admissions targets by implementing a focused sales strategy.
- Act as a reliable link between referral sources and our care team, ensuring seamless client enrollment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare sales, ideally in home care, home health, or hospice.
- Solid local healthcare network and skills in building relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
- Current driver's license and dependable transportation
