This role requires advanced technical skills and the ability to work independently to meet production targets. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly of products according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. \* Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks. \* Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure components meet specifications and identify and resolve assembly issues. \* Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly procedures with minimal supervision. \* Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly problems, making minor adjustments or repairs as needed. \* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve assembly processes and product design. \* Operate and maintain specialized assembly equipment. \* Train and mentor less experienced assemblers. \* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. \* Accurately complete all necessary production documentation and reports. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred. \* 5+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment. \* Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. \* Advanced proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments. \* Strong understanding of quality control procedures and attention to detail. \* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Good communication skills, both written and verbal. \* Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. \* Experience training or mentoring other team members is a plus.**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
