This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to determine assembly methods and sequence of operations. \* Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. \* Perform basic soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks as required. \* Inspect components and assembled products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. \* Test assembled products to verify functionality and performance. \* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. \* Report any issues with parts, tools, or equipment to the supervisor. \* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. \* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High School Diploma or equivalent. \* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. \* Ability to read and understand technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics). \* Strong manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination. \* Basic computer skills. \* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. \* Good communication and teamwork skills. \* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
