Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to assist customers Offer personalized guidance to help clients understand their insurance options Collaborate with your team to support agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Genuine dedication to delivering outstanding customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs Proactive problem-solving approach Interest in learning about and promoting insurance products Team player with effective multitasking skills Detail-oriented and organized Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license Bilingual in Spanish is a plus This is an in-person position at our office located at 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374 Why Work With Us?
