Commercial Lines Account Manager

This opportunity is ideal for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating policy servicing, and supporting a generalist book of business. Based onsite in Red Bank, New Jersey, you will play an essential role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to commercial policyholders. Responsibilities: Service a small to midsized commercial lines book of business. Manage a generalist portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Process policy endorsements and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and policy requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners. Respond promptly to account inquiries and provide clear, professional communication. Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure timely follow-up on servicing activities. Must-Have Skills: Active Property and Casualty insurance license. Experience servicing a generalist commercial book of business. Hands-on proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system. Strong relationship management and client service skills. Knowledge of endorsements, certificates, and commercial policy changes. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience supporting small to midsized commercial accounts. Familiarity with multiple commercial coverage lines and policy forms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
