Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations with them. Custom fit glasses & precisely place prescriptions in lenses. Act as a leader in optical acumen. Take & record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, and ensure finished eyewear meets standards & customer needs. Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions. Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure & customer volume. Proactively explore root cause of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied & expectations are exceeded. Manage competing priorities by multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organized. Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs & competencies. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization. Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices. Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement, and results. Adhere to company policies & procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management. Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. State licensure. Optical dispensing experience. Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder. Knowledge of current store merchandise. Strong basic math skills. Awareness of current fashion trends. Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPad/tablet. Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators. Embrace new technology & change. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service & retail experience. Pay Range $23.88 – $31.89 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
