Continuum is a Managed Service TV advertising platform - making the buying and execution of linear TV advertising easier, faster, and more effective.

Our proprietary platform is the industry's only true linear TV exchange and it connects directly into cable, broadcast, and streaming inventory, allowing us to plan, activate, and optimize campaigns end-to-end within a single system for agencies and advertisers.

We replace the manual, RFP-based buying process with an exchange model that predicts the availability and price of linear inventory – powered by automation, data, and expert media stewardship. The result: more effective reach, faster execution, and a unified view of campaign performance.

The annual base salary for this position is 60,000.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package — with premiums fully covered by the company. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay further shaped by relevant skills, experience, and education or training.

About the Role:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing top accounts and tracking ad campaigns across Continuum's platform. This role will work internally with Sales, Planning, Client Services, and Traffic to execute campaigns and communicate ways to improve performance based on delivery insights. We're looking for someone who is skilled with analyzing data, problem-solving, and finding the story within the numbers.

What You'll Do:

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations
• Review weekly logs and execute makegoods and cancelations based on campaign goals
• Manage weekly and monthly data updates, maintaining historical data for internal platforms
• Work with Planning and Client Services teams to refine internal reporting and optimization processes
• Develop expertise across the full sales and operations workflow to effectively communicate performance insights and implement media recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams on specific agency requests and customized client reporting
• Contribute to strategy and product development to improve automation of data usage

Qualifications

Preferred – Bachelor's degree

Preferred – 1-3 years of media experience at either a cable/broadcast network, media agency, or similar platform

Preferred – Thorough understanding of media terminology and media math

Proficiency in working with numbers on a high level

Proven track record of identifying patterns from data and drawing actionable insights that enhance performance

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office properties with an emphasis on Excel
