We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is ready to hit the road and revolutionize the way HR operates at Primo Brands. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our West operations team, spearheading strategic initiatives, and driving cultural excellence within the West Division that consist of three locations. In this capacity, you'll be our HR guru on the ground, ensuring our teams are engaged, empowered, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. This role will be 30-35% travel as it provides HR leadership in Ontario, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Compensation: $119,614 - $147,125. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.Location: Ontario, CABenefits of working for Primo Brands include health benefits, retirement/investing options, insurance, and other great benefits such as employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, commuter benefits.Responsibilities include providing strategic HR leadership and generalist support for our diverse array of distribution centers, leveraging expert knowledge of people processes and tools to elevate management credibility, boost business performance, and enhance employee engagement, partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to craft innovative recruiting strategies, building and nurturing a culture of compliance, ensuring that we're always operating within the bounds of the law and maintaining the highest ethical standards.Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' experience in a human resources generalist/leadership role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in business, humanities, psychology, or another relevant field related to Human Resources. Labor awareness experience Strong knowledge in MS office suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook. Prior SuccessFactors experience, preferred Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 35%. A strategic mindset with a proven track record of being a true HR business partner, capable of driving impactful change in even the most challenging circumstances. Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and staffing, with a knack for navigating complex HR matters with finesse. A comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, from EEO to FMLA, and everything in between. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple priorities with ease and finesse.
