The Director of Marketing & Strategic Growth will lead the modernization of our marketing function—combining analytics, AI-powered insights, competitive intelligence, and creative strategy to drive subscriber growth, strengthen customer retention, and ensure every marketing dollar works harder.

What You’ll Do

● Drive growth through smarter customer acquisition, retention, and demand-generation strategies.

● Turn data into action by analyzing subscriber trends, customer behavior, campaign results, and market opportunities.

● Modernize marketing using AI, analytics dashboards, and existing technology to improve targeting and decision-making.

● Build an ROI mindset by moving from ad-hoc marketing expenditures to measurable, results-focused investments.

● Sharpen our competitive edge through market intelligence and compelling messaging.

● Own the digital strategy, including website content, social media, and digital campaigns.

● Improve the customer journey by partnering with Customer Service to streamline signups, service interactions, and retention efforts.

● Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills

● Experience with modern analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools

● Knowledge of telecommunications, broadband, technology, or related customer services

● The ability to lead change and build a more sophisticated, data-driven marketing operation
