Public Safety Talent Acquisition Specialist

City of Aurora is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Public Safety to lead recruitment, onboarding, and candidate communications for police, fire, 911, courts, and detentions. You will partner with HR and public safety leaders to ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years in HR, with proficiency in Excel and ATS systems.
